The provider is Microsoft Corporation, One Microsoft Way, Redmond, WA 98052, USA, represented in the EU by Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd., Dublin, Ireland. This website is delivered from a data centre in the EU (West Europe region). When the website is accessed, technically necessary server log data (IP address, date and time, requested resource) is processed to ensure error-free delivery and security. This is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Data transfers to third countries are based on the EU standard contractual clauses; Microsoft is also certified under the “EU-US Data Privacy Framework”.
